At Ergonomic Kneeling Chair, we want you to experience perfect posture and comfort; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your chair within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Disassemble and Pack

  Carefully disassemble your kneeling chair and place all components, including hardware and tools, back into the original protective packaging.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned chair for damage, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
